Forms and School Clubs

‘Father, show us the gifts and talents you have given us. Let us learn to use them for your glory.’ 1 Peter 4:10

Please print the following forms or email to the school office, as necessary.  info@farncombe.surrey.sch.uk

Change of Circumstance Form

Parents will need to complete this form if anyone else is due to collect their child. This system is part of our safeguarding procedures and ensures all children are only ever dismissed to approved adults. It is perfectly fine for parents to complete this form for repeat collection (eg. Grandma (her name)  collects (named child) every Tuesday and Thursday / Frank’s mum (name) will be collecting (your child’s name) every Monday.)

Internal Clubs: Childcare

Earlybirds is our morning club, which runs every day in the school hall. Children may arrive from 8am onwards, entering the site through the playground gate. No food is served, so children need to eat breakfast at home before arriving.  Earlybirds is led by a group of teaching assistants who follow our school policies and procedures, including our staff code of conduct. Children attending Earlybirds enjoy drawing, construction, reading or just relaxing quietly before a busy day begins. The daily fee for Earlybirds is £4. There is no need to book Earlybirds in advance – just turn up and your child will be welcomed into school.

Owls is our after school childcare, which runs from hometime until 4pm on Mondays and Tuesday. Teaching assistants from Lime and Apple run Owls. Children attending Owls enjoy a hot snack and drink in the cookery area before moving into Beech Class for colouring, craft and quiet play activities. In good weather the children are able to access our equipment in the playground. Owls staff follow our school policies and procedures, including our staff code of conduct. The daily fee for Owls is £6.

If you would like your child to attend Owls, please contact the school office for a registration form. info@farncombe.surrey.sch.uk

Information about these clubs and forms for booking places will be emailed to parents at the beginning of each school term.

The playground gate is locked each day at 3.15pm, so parents collecting from Owls, DPA, SCL or Church Club will need to walk through the large blue gates by George Road to access our site.

Thank you to all the wonderful people who run these clubs, providing inspirational experiences for our pupils.
